The criteria can be set to suit your requirements.

For those companies that require detailed analysis we offer a project-based service that is set to your specific criteria but may include:
· Corporate demographics (turnover/offices/support services/financials etc.)
· Key players within the organisation, their background and mission
· Product offerings
· Strengths & weaknesses
· Feature functionality comparison

· Futures
· Marketing initiatives & objectives
· Target press & analysts
The Process, Our Methodology and The Deliverables
We use qualitative and quantitative survey research methodologies that deliver results. For example data collection methodologies include telephone interviews, discussion groups, desk research, and web surveys.
We would typically spend best part of a day with you to ascertain all we can about your proposition. This would include key personnel within your marcoms, sales and technical teams because often we find that the perspective of what's hot about your product differs from department to department - this is invaluable and sales messaging can often be enhanced as a result.
Next we would draw up a check list of your key features, USP's, futures etc. that support your proposition. Once the business is satisfied we've covered all aspects of your offering, you've agreed the criteria and selected the competitors to be included in the project we go away and build a dossier. The resulting information can be presented in report, CD or HTML format for easy interpretation and access by relevant personnel.
